Rules for the purchase and sale of goods
1. General provisions
The Seller UAB Marileda, operating under the name of the online store www.e14.lt, hereinafter referred to as www.e14.lt
1.1. The rules for the purchase and sale of goods of this online store www.e27.lt (hereinafter referred to as the "Rules"), accepted by the Buyer (after familiarizing themselves with the Rules and checking the box next to the statement "I agree to the terms and conditions of use and agree to comply with them unconditionally"), are a legal document binding on the parties, which establishes the rights and obligations of the Buyer and the Seller (online store www.e27.lt), the conditions for the purchase and payment for goods, the procedure for the delivery and return of goods, the liability of the parties and other provisions related to the purchase and sale of goods in the online store.
1.2. The Seller reserves the right to change, amend or supplement the Rules at any time, taking into account the requirements established by legal acts. The registered Buyer will be informed about any changes, corrections or additions when logging into the “www.e27.lt” online store and, in order to shop in this online store, must re-read and agree to the updated Rules.
1.3. The online store www.e27lt trade is carried out only in the territory of the Republic of Lithuania. Trade abroad is carried out under a separate agreement that is not related to these rules.
1.4. The following individuals have the right to shop in our online store:
1.4.1. capable natural persons, i.e. persons who have reached the age of majority, whose legal capacity is not restricted by court order;
1.4.2. minors from fourteen to eighteen years of age, only with the consent of their parents or guardians;
1.4.3. legal entities;
1.4.4. authorized representatives of all the above-mentioned persons.
2. Personal data protection and privacy conditions
2.1. In order to order goods in the online store www.e27.lt, the Buyer must register in this online store by entering his registration name and password. The registering Buyer also enters his residential address, telephone number, and e-mail address. By confirming these rules, the Buyer agrees that information messages necessary to fulfill the order of goods will be sent to the e-mail address specified by him, and the Buyer's data will be collected to process orders, purchases, returns, resolve problems related to the order, purchase, return of goods, as well as fulfill other contractual obligations.
The Seller may use non-personal data of the Buyer, i.e. data related to the goods purchased by the Buyer, for statistical purposes. Such collection of statistical data will not allow the Buyer's personal identity to be determined directly or indirectly.
The Buyer, who does not wish his/her e-mail address to be processed for direct advertising purposes, must go to the “My Account” section, “My Personal Information”, uncheck the box next to “Subscribe to our newsletter” or “Receive special offers from our partners” and click the “Save” button.
2.2. The Buyer must provide complete, detailed and correct information about himself/herself in the registration form. If the Buyer provides inaccurate, false or misleading data in the registration form, the Seller has the right to cancel the Buyer’s registration and delete the data or limit the Buyer’s ability to use the online store www.e27.lt
2.3. When ordering goods, the Buyer must indicate his/her personal data necessary for the execution of the order: name, surname; delivery address, payer’s address, e-mail, phone number. The Seller confirms that these data will be used exclusively for the purposes of selling goods in the online store www.e14.lt. The Seller undertakes not to disclose such information to third parties, except for the Seller's partners providing delivery of goods or other services related to the proper fulfillment of the Buyer's order. In all other cases, any personal data of the Buyer may be disclosed to third parties only in accordance with the procedure provided for by the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
3. Moment of conclusion of the purchase and sale agreement
3.1. The agreement between the Buyer and the Seller is considered concluded from the moment when the Buyer, having selected the purchased item(s) and created the shopping cart, clicks on the link "Pay by bank transfer".
3.2. Each purchase and sale agreement concluded between the Buyer and the Seller is registered and stored in the database of the www.e14.lt online store.
4. Buyer's rights
4.1. The Buyer has the right to purchase goods in the www.e27.lt online store in accordance with these Rules and the procedure established by the online store.
4.2. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract for the purchase and sale of goods concluded with the www.e27.lt online store, except for cases where the contract is concluded for:
4.2.1. the supply of audio and video works and phonograms on any video or audio media, computer programs
