Delivery and return conditions
Delivery of goods to the Buyer:
1. The Buyer, having chosen the delivery service during the order, undertakes to indicate the exact place of delivery of the goods.
2. The Buyer undertakes to accept the goods himself. In the event that he cannot accept the goods himself, and the goods are delivered to the specified address and based on other data provided by the Buyer, the Buyer does not have the right to make claims to the Seller regarding the delivery of the goods to an inappropriate entity.
3. The goods are delivered by the Seller or its authorized representative.
4. The delivery (transportation) fee for the goods is calculated taking into account the price and location of the goods:
4.1. Delivery of goods to the Buyer is free of charge (within the territory of the Republic of Lithuania), if the order amount is not less than €58.
4.2. Delivery to the Curonian Spit costs an additional €23.
4.3. Delivery of goods outside the territory of the Republic of Lithuania is carried out by separate agreement.
5. The Seller delivers the goods to the Buyer in accordance with the terms specified at the time of purchase of the goods. These terms are preliminary and do not apply in cases where the Seller does not have the necessary goods in stock, and the Buyer is informed about the shortage of the goods ordered by him. At the same time, the Buyer agrees that in exceptional cases the delivery of the goods may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the Seller's control. In such a case, the Seller undertakes to immediately contact the Buyer and agree on the terms of delivery of the goods.
6. Each order is executed as soon as possible. In each case, the Buyer will be informed about the delivery by phone or e-mail. The convenient delivery time of the goods will be agreed with the Buyer by the order administrator.
7. In all cases, the Seller is exempted from liability for violation of the terms of delivery of the goods, if the goods are not delivered to the Buyer or are delivered late due to the fault of the Buyer or due to circumstances dependent on the Buyer.
8. When the goods are delivered to the Buyer, the Buyer must, together with the Seller or his authorized representative, check the condition of the shipment and sign the invoice, waybill or other document of delivery and acceptance of the shipment. After the Buyer signs the invoice, waybill or other document of delivery and acceptance of the shipment, it is considered that the shipment has been delivered in proper condition. Having noticed that the packaging of the delivered shipment is damaged (crumpled, wet or otherwise externally damaged), the Buyer must note this on the invoice, waybill or other document of delivery and acceptance of the shipment and, in the presence of the Seller or his representative, draw up a free-form act of damage to the shipment. If the Buyer fails to perform these actions, the Seller is released from liability to the Buyer for damage to the goods, if such damage was caused by damage to the packaging that the Buyer did not mark in accordance with the procedure established above.
